England Rugby captain Dylan Hartley has welcomed confirmation that the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and the Rugby Players' Association (RPA) have agreed a new four year Elite Player Squad (EPS) deal from 2016 to 2020.

The deal includes match fees, training fees, image-rights payments and squad-performance bonuses.

“As captain the RPA and RFU have been so forthcoming, it’s been a brilliant process, so smooth," said Hartley.
