Interesting - I reckon Owen’s too lightweight for second row; I reckon he’s Luatua’s heir apparent. Subjectivity and all that!

According to the web, Owen is exactly the same weight as Rubiolo (114kg -17 stone 13Ibs) - and that doesn't surprise me. Owen is 4 inches taller so his weight is not quite as compact but leg strength/drive is key for second row scrummaging+ having the fitness to be able to leg drive come scrum-time.

Not comparing him with Rubiolo other than suggesting if 114kg is enough for Rubiolo then it should be enough for Owen. Owen also immense at line out and like a gazelle when running.

I did caveat it with "we might have the squad but not the game plan". Can't give too much hope 😉

Updated to include Andrew Turner, Harry Wells, Noah Williams, Ben Rogers and Max Clark.

I will add in any other young players if they are selected for a first team game.
