So difficult to keep up with affairs at Kingsholm thee days. Tomos Williams off at end of season  -Jac Morgan and Dewi Lake arriving. Different competition every weekend. Continuity would be a comfort. However, we do take on Tigers on Friday night min the Prem  (kick of 7.45) and its on a channel a lot of us have subscribed to.

We could also do with a win as eight points from six games is not a good return.

Not that many changes from the side which was well beaten by Munster last week. Nepo Laulala's suspension is over and he will join Val Rapava Ruskin and Seb Blake in the front row with Freddie Thomas and Arthur Clark at lock and a back row of Josh Basham, Lewis Ludlow and Jack Clement.

Tomos Williams continues as as skipper with a potent back three of Ollie Thorley, Rob Russell and Charlie Atkinson round off the starting XV.
