"We're looking to this week as a run out for what's more important to us, the league," said Umaga, who doesn't envisage making too many changes from the side beaten 54-18 at Blackheath last week to keep them firmly in the bottom two in National Division Two.

"I'm looking for something we can build on again in terms of our game next week at home to Waterloo.

"I'm sure the boys will give a good account, they do rise to the occasion and especially being at home."

Nuns led 10-0 at Blackheath, but paid for a lack of discipline and errors as they allowed the home side to take the the game by the scruff of the neck.

"We had no injuries but a lot of hurt pride," said Umaga. "We were playing well and then began doing things myself, Jim Robinson and Mark Elvidge certainly don't coach.

"They were trying to out-smart the referee and it doesn't work, but we had a video session on Tuesday when it was highlighted and hopeful-ly lessons have been learned."

Launceston, who are currently next to bottom in National Division One, completed a double over Nuns last season on their way to promotion and have won on both previous visits to Liberty Way.

Nuneaton came out of last week's game at Blackheath with a clean bill of health, and also have centres Jody Peacock and Simon Brock-lehurst back in contention.
