Coventry Rugby squad announced to face London Welsh at home.

The Coventry Rugby squad has just been announced that faces Championship side London Welsh here at the Butts Park Arena, this coming Saturday 22nd August with a kick off at 2.30pm.   A 30 man squad has been named subject to any changes made after training tonight.

Rolling subs from:-Joe Foreman-fr, Devlin Hope-fr, Terry Sigley-fr, Tom Poole, Joe Carpenter, Loti Molitika, George Oliver, Adam Parkins-fr, Harrison Lee Everton, Sam Pailor, Adam Canning, Callum MacBurnie, Sam Smith, Ryan Hough, Cliffie Hodgson.

Please note the earlier than normal kick off at the BPA is 2.30pm.

Gawd I wish I could have made it over for this (as much for the cider as the rugby).
That's a strong-looking starting lineup, with a very interesting centre partnership (and Callum available from the bench too).
LW will (should) be a much tougher proposition than Cardiff, but it will be very interesting to see the outcome.

I think the benched players would be stronger than most starting line ups in our division. Looking forward to a cracking game and a couple of jars

I live in limbo, which somewhere between reality and the pub.

However, I could make it to the match if I walked/bussed it to the nearest rail station and caught the 09.15 am single-carriage rattler (and changing three times). That would get me there for a pre-match stiffener.
However, if I stayed until the second half I'd miss the last connection back, and therefore wouldn't get back to limbo until Sunday afternoon. Don't think Mrs K would be all that chuffed.

I think harrison lee evans played at cardiff last week and has previously played for nottingham. So yes i think he is a trialist.

sat 29th aug have to catch 8.15 barnham/victoria then tube to marylebone,train marylebone to leamington Spa.lift from Lton to ground back to barnham by 10pm if lucky.

The beer festivalis a separate fiver for wristband and glass, plus beer vouchers.
