Here are the details of the Bristol Shoguns' Gentleman's evening which takes place at Celtic Manor on February 27th. A special discounted rate is available to people who respond to the advertisement on this website.

BRISTOL SHOGUNS GENTLEMAN’S SPORT EVENING - THURSDAY 27TH FEBRUARY

Bristol Shoguns inaugural Gentleman’s Evening takes place on Thursday 27th February at the Celtic Manor. The evening promises to be a fantastic night of entertainment hosted by the Bristol Shoguns squad.
The line up includes, Cockney comic car-dealer, Harry Scott, who had a long standing part in the popular TV series Minder and has appeared in films alongside comics including Mel Smith.
He will be joined by probably one of the most accomplished after dinner speakers around – Mike Cowan, former England and Yorkshire Cricketer. Mike, a commentator for Yorkshire TV, spent nine years as a CCC fast bowler sharing the attack with Freddie Trueman.
Former Bristol rugby player Dave Woodward, will compere the event.
The evening also includes a four-course dinner with coffee, and a charity raffle. The menu is as follows:
Pate Maison Cumberland Sauce, salad leaves
Braised Beef Rump Steak, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and red wine shallot sauce
Rhubarb and Apple Crumble, custard sauce
Coffee
Drinks can be ordered on the evening and there is a comprehensive wine list available. Any dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notification.
Transport will leave from the Memorial Ground at 6.30pm prompt. Cars can be left at the ground and collected after or the following morning after 7.30pm. The attire is lounge suit.
The inclusive price per person is £40.00 (plus VAT) or just £350 (plus VAT) for a table of ten.
