Supporters feedback for the Match day programme

Hi All, Sorry to disturb you. I have attached a copy of the form that Lauren Alewood from the Rugby Club has devised. They are trying to ascertain what the supporter’s think of the programme i.e. what we like and dislike. This is a non personal form and any comments are very welcome. Also if you know of anyone else who may like to pass comment or who reads the programme please

feel free to pass it on.
 
We do however need the form back ASAP, so if you could get it back to me by Friday that would be great.
