Scott Roberts is a solid forward and great team player, great to see him back in our Coventry side.
The new investor now looking like it is in place hopefully means it is onward and upward for Coventry Rugby Club.
Great news after all the doom and gloom on here, no doubt some of the doom merchants will find something wrong with it lol

Not at all Steve, great news if its true. Just hope new management treats fans a bit better, after all efforts made to help, I think they deserve better. A new confidence is needed in the management will in turn will bring in more fans, bigger crowds, more sponsors etc.

Definitely Toby , i think the new management team could gain alot by keeping in touch with the fans.
Us fans at Coventry are a loyal bunch of supporters and have proved it more than once!

I wish the new investors all the best and thank them for investing in OUR club .

Personally Steve, I think a lot of fans will give support, but will want to see a completely new set up from top to bottom. The loyalty of players and coaches needs taking into consideration, but apart from that a start with a clean sheet might be best for all. This isn't crtiscism of anyone, just maybe best for all with debacle of last few years. This willgive us supporters some heart to get behind the new owner, (when we know who he is)! Need complete fresh start. Supporters have long memories, and only when they can trust the new set up will they come back in numbers. Fingers crossed. Dissapointing Centurians get told before fans, perhaps it would have been fairer for club to announce to everyone together in Telegraph. Whatever, as long its onwards and upwards eh?

I just hope that people give the new investor a chance, we should all remember if he didn't invest in the club yesterday, then we probably wouldn't still have a club today.
I still think Coventry Rugby Club can have a great future. I don't know what goes on in the background at the club so i have no right to comment, i am a fan who wants to see results on the field, that is what makes me turn up every game, as long as the players are getting results and playing well.
I think the last few games before we went into administration were some of our best games, what happened to the club couldn't have come at a worse time. We finally looked like a team that could take on any club in the league then the administration went into place and we lost players .
No one could blame players for leaving when the club went into administration as we all have bills to pay.

The coaching staff, groundsman, and players that did stay should be applauded as without them we would have to have cancelled games and we probably would have been kicked out the league, so i see it that the staff that were at the club at this time need to be thanked not sacked.
