BELIEVE IN BELIEF Coventry Rugby are delighted to announce that they have today signed a 3 year kit sponsorship deal with BELIEF. Not only will the deal cover manning and stocking the Coventry Club shop , but BELIEF have also agreed to sponsor homegrown player Lee Parry , for the coming season. Director of Rugby Phil Maynard believes that this a great opportunity for both Coventry Rugby

and BELIEF to expand their brand image.

A spokesman for BELIEF said

We want to offer our congratulations to Coventry Rugby Football Club - a well established name in world rugby- on the acquisition of a new sponsorship deal with BELIEF.

We are immensely proud to be associated with such a prestigious club and look forward to forging a long and successful relationship at this early stage of our development.

Good to have a sponsor for the shirts and one player, does that mean his salary etc; is covered by this sponsorship ?

If so, then it would be good if local businesses could also be encouraged to sponsor a player, this would take the pressure of club finances due to greatly reduced RFU monies.

I'm sure the club have been looking at this, but it doesn't seem to be widely publicised other than fans being asked for shirt sponsorship.

What has been done along these lines to date, anyone know ?

Id omagine they are kit supplier and not lead sponsor - Cov would have another name aross front of shirts I'd guess.

Think Hendry Rheeders works for Belief as well

It does look like Gilberts, however the company is based in Caerphilly down near me? It's a shame the club could not give the contract to a Cov/Warwickshire kit supplier. We must have some good kit companies locally who would maybe match Belief's money.
Look forward to seeing there Cov items soon.

I think its great that Belief have become our new kit supplier and have sponsored a player along side the deal.
The previous supplier KUKRI was brilliant and the quality of the tops and other items were great, i hope Beliefs will match them.
Maybe the club will get a few more sponsors for the up and coming kit, maybe they could attract a couple of local business groups in the area, or even someone like Kwik Fit who get a great deal of work from the people in the Coventry/west mids area.
They could even give discount for season ticket holders, all the more reason for people to buy season tickets then lol.
COME ON COV!!!!!!!!!!!!
