Youth renew faith in Coventry Rugby.

Coventry Rugby  continue in their quest to retain as many as possible of last season’s squad, with the news that a triumvirate of their  teenage backs, are remaining with Coventry Rugby for the forthcoming season.

 

19 year old centre Heath Stevens, who has made 29 appearances including 2 tries signs on again, as does 19 year old half back or centre Elliott Read, with 16 appearances and 1 try, as well as  centre Nat Macdonald with his 18 appearances and 3 tries.

Both Elliott and Nat had somewhat curtailed seasons following injuries but all three players showed that they have the latent talent to continue to become integral members of the Coventry squad.

This brings the Coventry Rugby squad numbers for the forthcoming season up to 10, with news of further signings expected shortly.
