Now Coventry rugby have just completed their half season in national league 1 I have completed a statistical review for this period.

Games played 15   Won 9,  Lost 5,  Drawn 1

Overall success rate 63% compared with 55% for the whole of last season

Home games played 8 - won 6, lost 1, drawn 1

Success rate 81% compared to 55% last season

Away games played 7 - won 3, lost 4

Success rate 43% compared with 55% last season

Points for 357 against 381 (-24), 6 bonus points, made up of 5 try bonus and 1 losing bonus.

Total tries scored 42, conceded  51

Tries scored 42 made up by 25 by forwards including 1 penalty try and 17 by backs.  Leading try scorers Adam Parkins 7, Sam Herrington 4

Average home attendances:

Last season 15 games      826

This season   8 games      968  (17%) increase

Projected home attendance   over 15 games 1050 (27%) increase

This season highest crowd   1397  (Ealing)

                    Lowest crowd     745  (Blaydon)

Last season  highest crowd   1541  (Blackheath)

                     Lowest crowd     432  (Cambridge)
