COVENTRY were left to reflect on missed chances as their four-match winning run in National League One came to an end with a 16-3 home defeat by Rosslyn Park.
Cov failed to score a single point while Park had two players in the sin bin in the first half and saw opportunities come and go in the muddy conditions before the visitors scored the only try of the game midway through the third quarter.
“You have got to put points on the board when they are men down, and we didn’t do that,” said forwards coach Dave Addleton.
“We got ourselves into some good positions, but we made more mistakes today than we have been doing and our accuracy wasn’t there on the day.
