Was just going to say that I wouldn't have expected to see Weightman for a couple of weeks. I guess Thomas was the training ground casualty on Tuesday. What's wrong with Knox?

I still feel we are a little light regarding full back. Cliffie needs to be wrapped up in cotton wool, and Scott is class, but is no spring chicken. Is there anybody on the radar if either are unavailable?

I believe Canning and Ryan have both been playing/tried at full back over then past few weeks. I'm not sure how they got on...

Ryan was previously described as a full back http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/rugby/stourbridge-rfc-46-preston-rfc-8203358

Pretty sure Canning has played at FB quite a bit too.

Canning has looked a very good option for full back based on the two matches I have seen, Cardiff and London Welsh.

Well it is good to know Caolin is quite adept at full back. Maybe he might come on for Cliffie at half time for 40 minutes. It would be good to see how he plays at full back if given game time

Very best of luck today. I wish I could be there but we're halfway through a break (ask Kimbo) in Scotland and at the moment we're in Pitlochry. And no, I'm not going to see the Scotland v Italy game 'cos, to be honest, I couldn't care less. I do, however, care very much about Cov, so all the very best and I look forward to reading Tim's blog and other postings on here.

Sadly, he's coming back from the Peoples' Republic of Scotland, too.

(Bring us a flagon of Thistly Cross back when you do....).

I've been converted to Aberfeldy 12 year old single malt. And there's none for you.
