The update - Happy New Year

What a great way to end 2022, with a comprehensive away win at Nottingham!

A great end to 2022 with an Impreszive away win on a cold Boxing Day afternoon at Lady Bay. Congratulations to all involved, and well done to all the supporters who travelled over to support the team.

I was away for Christmas so unable to attend, but listened to the streamed commentary via BBC CWR from Richard Moon. He did an excellent job of giving the feel for the movement of the plays - now I'm looking forward to seeing the try highlights.

With no match on the 31st, or on the following Saturday, I hope all the players are taking the chance to recover from knocks they may have picked up, and preparing for the visit of second-plaved Jersey on 14th January. That should be a match to look forward to.

In the meantime, Happy New Year to you all.
