The Warriors looked out of the play-offs when they were behind 30-6 early in the second half after David Solomona scored his first-half hat-trick for the Bulls, but with 40 minutes remaining....anything can happen! And it did!

But Mark Calderwood emulated Solomona after the break as Brian Noble's side somehow got back on level terms.

Then, with just four minutes to go, Richards sealed a momentous victory with a cracking drop goal.

Roomers say the bookies were offering 30-1 for Wigan to win that game at half-time. Oh how I wish I had done that now!!

Hull FC held off superb late Giants fightback to win their engage Super League play off game and stay on course for making another return to the Grand Final in October. 

Two Gareth Raynor tries helped give last year's loosing Grand Finalists a 22-6 lead with just 11 minutes remaining.

But the Giants fought back with tries from Paul Reilly and Kevin Brown and a Chris Thorman penalty attempt which slotted over the posts comfortably.
