Twelve new signings are included in the match-day squad to face London Irish tomorrow, nine of which will be making their debut appearance for the club. With plenty of pace behind the pack and a very mobile back row, spectators should be in for a cracking first pre-season game.

A new centrepairing of Neil Starling and Simon Whatling will start the match with ErrieClaassens starting on the left wing. Dominic Shabbo, who appeared on loan for LondonWelsh last season, plays at 14.

Lee Beach, Wales’ World Cup Sevens winning captain, takeshis place in the back row alongside Michael Hills with Ben Gottingpacking down at hooker and Lorne Ward at tight head.

On the benchare scrum half Rob Lewis and prop Joe Horn-Smith together with new signings,but familiar faces to London Welsh supporters, Rob Bell and Michael Holford.
