Welsh fly half to sign

The word from Wales is that Mike Rayer has been able to use his old connections to bring in Dragons fly half Steffan Jones for next season ..

The 23 year old will be a loan signing after failing to secure a permanent starting berth at Rodney Parade.

Jones made his Dragons debut as a replacement against Gloucester in 2010 and scored a try on his first start against Cardiff Blues. In all he has made 45 appearances and holds a record  for scoring 27 points with his boot last season against London Welsh.
