Mike Rayer has selected a strong squad to travel to Ulster for what should be an enjoyable and entertaining game against Ulster "A" - and a welcome break from the increasingly interesting and competitive league ..

Our wins over Scottish, Moseley and Bristol have lifted our season and we are on the verge of getting to the quarter finals of the B&I.

 Mike Howard is out for six weeks with ankle ligament damage with Steffan Jones, Sam Blanchet, Henry Staff, Dean Adamson and Jordan Burns starting in the backs  and  Tom Williams, Harry Wells and Justin Blanchet in the pack.

A bonus point would probably be enough out of this one. However with a win then we can relax a little more in the final game.
