It's not getting any easier. Irish are this week's visitors to Goldington Road where storm clouds are not exactly gathering but where we need a few rays of sunshine.

Defeats to Pirates and Jersey Reds leave us a little short of points although it was a much better show in the Channel Islands.

Irish will provide even sterner opposition following their relegation and desire for an immediate return to the Premiership.

So we make four changes. Pat Tapley is on the wing, Tom James will be the scrum half, George Edgson will be hooking and  Chris Judge will be alongside him.

Is Hayden Thompson-Stringer the ex Saracens flanker? If so I hadn't realised he'd converted to playing prop.
