You cannot argue with a 79 point try fest on a day made glamorous by so many Ladies Day attendees. A nice departure from the slog of the league ...

The 46-33 defeat of Newport Gwent Dragons' Select saw lots of fringe players starting for Blues and it took them some time to gel.

When they did we were throughly entertained with some free flowing rugby with Dragons refusing to lie down.

Myles Dorrian took some time tio get his range and George Perkins dropped the ball over the line before we got going . Then Tom Whiteley started the tryfest and he got a second with Sam James, Elliot Clements-Hill and George Perkins all crossing the line.

Both sides got a try bonus point - we should wear pink more often.
