Another epic game under the Goldington Road floodlights but this time we were the ones to lose out to an 80th minute score.

Credit to Carnegie for their never say die attitude after we looked set for a big win. We did sscore 44 points which is enough to win most Championship games but nobody told the Tykles who scored 45 of their own.

The winner came courtesy of  Dan Temm who went in under the posts  to give Jade Te Rure the easiest of match winning  conversions.

So we had to settle for bonus points thanks to tries from Huw Worthington (2), Jacob Fields, Dean Adamson, Tadgh McElroy and James Lennon, and will be looking to do better at eight placed Donnie Knights this Saturday.
