A trip to the Channel Islands this weekend may be just the ticket after the freezing temperatures this week. Jersey is always that bit warmer although a high of only 4 degreees is forecast for Saturday afternoon.

There's five changes this week with Jamie Elliott retiurning at outside centre and Pat Tapley on the wing.

It will be a big day for prop Lewis Holsey as he makes his first start,  while both Robin Williams and Luke Frost will be the locks as Jac Arthur moves to openside.

Another tough game after the epic contest against league leaders Trailfinders last week. Jersey are in second place having won all 9 games, so far.
