The Championship Cup provides only  a modest diversion as Blues make 13 changes for the Friday night visit of London Scottish. Kick off 7.45.

Seán French and Kieran Curran ar the only players to have faced Caldy last week so there's plenty of up and coming wanting to make their mark.

That's in addition  to full back James Grayson who wears the blue jersey  as part of his recovery from injury at Saints. He'll play alongside brother Ethan who will be at inside centre.
