Blues are looking to get back on track and finish the season on a high by securing local bragging rights at 8th placed Ampthill.

Remarkably the side which went down 19-26 to high flying Jersey is being asked to "go again." Not  unusual because of they way they played last time out  but because of the attritional nature of modern rugby.

The only change to the whole squad is on the bench where Jordan Onojaife returns.

Replacements: 16. Jack Hughes, 17. Monty Royston, 18. Osman Dimen, 19. Alex Woolford, 20. Jordan Onojaife, 21. Jake Garside, 22. Louis Grimoldby, 23. George Hendy
