Last Second Agony

Will Maisey

Blues are back down to 5th after a last gasp winner from Hartpury ruined a second half fightback leaving Blues with two points instead of the five they almost had in their grasp.

It was a thriller for the neutral as the College boys won 41-35 courtesy of that final score with Alex Morgan finishing and Harry Bazalgette adding the extras.

It was a poor first half for the visitirs who trailed 24-7 at the break. Fortunately, they came roaring back with tries from Dean Adamson followed by a penalty try then the efforts from Cameron King and Will Maisey. The latter converted his try tyo give Blues the lead for the very first time

With time just about up it looked like that would be enough. Harrpury had other ideas.

No game tyhis week - it would have been Jersey at home .
