Hala'ufia's guaranteed one knock-on per game used to drive me mad. At least it used to be on one his first carries, then you knew it was out of the way

Strudders and Murphy in with a shout but not quite making it.
Eddie Halvey not that great and a dangerous drunk away from the pitch. It's not libel there was the court case to prove it.
Didn't Tonu try to sue the club. Can't find a record but I thought it was him.
Flutey good player but we were pretty much a stepping stone for him unlike the committed players in the original pick.
Geraghty, not really that great but did have the potential early on.
I think the really good players actually stand out quite a bit from the rest of the pick cause most of our players, at least in the time I have watched them, have been only good not great.

While I agree with all of the reasoning and selection of the team you put forward, I would always select Delon, for me he along with Topsy and Tagi epitomised the type of play that was so exciting about how LI played in that golden period.

Props are not stupid Obviously it's all a question of personal preference, but Peter Richards, really?
Yup...I remember watching a match where PR was scrummy and then Dodge came on (or maybe moved over when PR came on) to play 10... was really effective that day..Peter gets the vote for me as he could play pretty much anywhere in the back line
