Wales will host the opening games of the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series at the BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park as the four Welsh Pro teams go head-to-head in an exciting afternoon of summer derby rugby.

The Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series is back!

Back for its fifth year, the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series returns this Summer, kicking off in Cardiff on 15 August.

The Final will take place on 28 August at the Stoop in Twickenham.

Will Gloucester succeed in retaining their title, or will new boys Worcester rise to the occasion and show everyone why they will be playing top flight rugby next season?
