Last Ditch winner

If you are going to beat your local rivals there can be no better way than to do it in the fifth minute of injury time with the added drama of waiting for the TMO to rule in your favour ...

Those of us who couldn't get to the Rec already knew when we saw the first slow motion replay that we'd got the score - so the tension in the ground must have been unbearable.

Credit to both sides for serving up a great game which could have gone wither way and which was a great advert for Premisership rugby.

Unbelieveably this was our first away win in seven months.

It came courtesy of Ed Slater who was forced over with Owen Williams somehow holding his nerve to get that winning conversion.

Semesa Rokoduguni scored an excellent brace for Bath while the supreme Willi Heinz also crossed twice including one courtesy of a backhand pass out of the tackle from Afoa - surely  one of the highlights of the season.

The win puts us up to eighth in the table and in very good spirits for the rest of the week.
