Pre season warm up game at Llandarcy Academy on Sunday 23rd.

The new season is almost upon us and ahead of the opening game in the Kingstone Press Cider Championship One match v. Oldham Roughyeds at Maesteg on Sunday 2nd March; RL fans will have the chance to see the team in action on Sunday 23rd....

The Scorpions will play a pre-season friendly against their "feeder" side the Valley Cougars on Sunday 23rd February at Llandarcy Academy of Sport (2.30pm). 

The full address and postcode of the venue is

Llandarcy, 
Neath, 
Neath Port Talbot. 
SA10 6JD 

Llandarcy's pitch should mean that the game will go ahead following weeks of numerous postponements across rugby union and football.

"The Academy boasts one of the best outdoor playing surfaces in Wales which can be utilised for both rugby/football fixtures. This area has been used extensively by the Ospreys Regional Rugby Squad..."  

Admission for the game is £5 for all adults, £1 for all children aged 16 and under.

My track record of finding anywhere west of Culverhouse Cross is not good hence the full details!!

junction 43 keep in left lane then 1st exit off roundabout then 2nd right then about 50yds along road the venue is on left
