On the road again the Scorpions are at Blackwood RFC

The South Wales Scorpions take on York City Knights on Saturday at Blackwood RFC in their second and final "on the road" home game this season. The game kicks off at 2.30pm and is the club's 100th competitive match.

Following gaining a well deserved win at London Skolars the club suffered a heavy defeat at Oldham Roughyeds last weekend; the team will face a tough challenge from York City Kinights who are one of the stronger teams in Championship One. 

South Wales Scorpions v York City Knights - Saturday 21st June kick off 2.30pm

The game is prededed by the Valley Cougars taking on Bristol Sonics, which should be an excellent curtain raiser. 

The club will play all their remaining home games at the Old Parish ground in Maesteg. 

5th July (Sat) v Oxford 3pm

26th July (Sat) v London Skolars 3pm

9th August (Sat) v Gloucester All Golds 3pm

7th September (Sun) v Hunslet Hawks 3pm
