Kingston Park is still a building site but Rob Andrew says it will host rugby from September 1st. Plans are being made to admit the public from day one with a capacity limit of between 6,000 to 6,500 expected for the first few games.
Temporary seats will be installed on either side of the main stand with terracing on the other three sides of the ground in front of where the big new stands are being built.
Andrew says: "The work which is going on is tremendous and really exciting. It is quite staggering how this place has changed in just seven years."
