Will we won't we. Well if you want to have a go at working it out for yourself here are the rules and regulations. I reckon we will. EUROPEAN QUALIFICATION AND SEEDING:

1. Heineken Cup Winner
2. Zurich Championship Winner
3. Zurich Premiership Winner
4. Zurich Premiership Runner-up
5. Zurich Premiership Third
6. Parker Pen Shield Winner

Should any club(s) qualify as two or more of the above clubs,
it will take the highest seeded position for which it
qualifies and relinquish any other qualification. In these
cases, the clubs in positions below such relinquished places
will move up to occupy the higher seeded position.

If a Zurich Premiership club fails to win the Heineken Cup,
then seeded positions 2-6 will become 1-5.

Any vacancies resulting from multiple qualification, or from
Zurich Premiership clubs failing to win the Heineken Cup or
Parker Pen Shield will be filled in the following order:

7. Zurich Championship Runner-up
8. Zurich Premiership Fourth
9. Powergen Cup Winner

The remaining Zurich Premiership clubs will qualify for the
Parker Pen Shield, seeded in order of final position in the
Zurich Premiership.
