Invitation to train with Eng 7s Men's &Women's players 25/4

The media are being invited to take part in a training session with England Sevens Head Coach Ben Ryan and players from the men’s and women’s squads at Twickenham on Wednesday, April 25, in the build-up to the Marriott London Sevens.

England are preparing for the final two legs of the HSBC Sevens World Series in Glasgow (May 5-6) and London (May 12-13), while England’s women will take part in the third IRB Challenge Cup event of the season in London.

But before they do, they’ll meet the media then put them through their paces in a warm-up and skills session before taking part in conditioned games on the Twickenham turf.

Alex Lowe from the Press Association said of last year’s event: "When you're on the pitch with them you realise just how good they are, how fast they are and how quick their feet are. It was great to be able to get a flavour of what the England Sevens players go through on a daily basis."
