England, O2 and Guinness Scrum Down in the Park - What a combination all they now need is YOU!

O2, sponsors of the England Rugby team and partner of the Guinness Premiership, are building on last year’s successful O2 Scrum in the Park, with an event that promises to be even bigger and better this year.

Come down to Regent’s Park on August 14th from 10am for a free festival of rugby. You can hone your own technique with advice from the experts, have your photo taken with the Webb Ellis trophy, win some fantastic prizes, or simply relax in the sunshine and await the unique finale - watching the England team showcase their skills in a live training session…

Last October, nearly 15,000 people turned out at the inaugural O2 Scrum in the Park, which featured kicking competitions, interactive games, autograph sessions, a touch rugby tournament and much more besides. With fans queuing to see the Webb Ellis Cup as part of the Sweet Chariot Tour, potential stars of the future practiced their kicking and passing with the RFU Community team.

Fifty lucky youngsters selected from O2 rugby class camps at clubs and schools over the summer were put through their paces by England coaches Dave Reddin, Joe Lydon, Dave Alred and Head Coach Andy Robinson. The day climaxed in the first ever open England training session featuring members of the England squad and coaching team.
