Worcester at Sixways is always a difficult derby day for the Cherry and Whites and this weekend it won't be any different.

Our hosts are down at the bottom but scraped a good win at Falcons to ease the pressure and they will be looking to build on that long trip.

We recall Nick Wood to make a bit of history as he sets a new club record by clocking up 274 appearances to overtake Peter Buxton, while at the same time making his 200th Premiership appearance. Some record for a front row.

The Six Nations contributes to other changes with  Willi Heinz coming in for Greg Laidlaw and  and David Halaifonua for the injurfed Henry Purdy.

Despite the Worcester resurgence we are clear favourites having beaten them three times already - and we are also on a run of good form.
