Henry Trinder makes a very welcome return as  Johnny Bell makes his first selection as "interim" head coach....

In all there seven changes as Bell starts his tenure with the worst possible hiding to nothing - a trip to the side which is rock bottom of the league.

He is expected to win comfortably - whereas a loss would be a disaster as he looks to overcome the issues which have seen us fade so badly in the last quarter of games where we had led.

It's a Friday night local derby, live on BT and under the lights so the hosts will be sure to give it a very good go. With five games left they're seven points adrift of Warriors at the bottom.

Four of the changes are in the pack with Paddy McAllister back and Josh Hohneck in for the  suspended John Afoa at tight-head. Tom Savage tis at lock and Sione Kalamafoni at blindside.

Jonny May returns from England duty with Trinder and Andy Symons making an interesting midfield duo.
