The inquest should last a long time this week. Our European hopes are still aliove, but would have been much better if it hadn't been for five minutes of ill discipline and lack of concentration  which began with a 24-13 lead and ended with a 27-24 defeat. Possibly a record of the worst kind.

After weathering the elements, and the Connacht pack, in the first half we looked comfortable after tries from Grobler, Atkinson, Ludlow and Atkinson again  took us to that lead with the clock ticking down.

Then Ludlow got himself  yellow carded for a deliberate knock-on and a plucky Connacht decied to give it one last go.

They mauled their way over from the penalty. added the two points and then from the restart  Bundee Aki wasn't tackled. He led the surge for the line and the manged to finish to give his side an unlikely victory.

We did get two points, we are stlll second kin the Pool and we will surely learn the lesson.
