It will be third  versus fourth at Kingsholm on Sunday as the reigning champs breeze into town for the first game on 2022.

Only a couple of changes to the Gloucs aide which will take on Marcus Smith et al. Billy Twelvetrees replaces  Mark Atkinson in the centre and Fraser Balmain replaces Kirill Gotovtsev in the front row.

Quins are a formidable attacking outfit but their defensive vulnerabilities were exposed by Saints in the first half at Twickenham last week. Gloucs will be lookiong to step up their work rate and maintain it for a full 80 minutes, while unleashing the likes of Lloyd Evans, Ollie Thorley and Louis Rees-Zammit.

Ruan Ackerman will be making his 100th appearance in the Cherry and White.
