Glos All Golds 29 v Scorpions 17

After two league games one home and one away the South Wales Scorpions have a point in the Kingstone Press Championship One table thanks to a late drop goal at Gloucester on Sunday.

Paul Emanuelli last minute drop-goal salvaged a bonus point as South Wales Scorpions went down 29-17 to Gloucestershire All Golds. Losing any game in the Championship by 12 points or less earns a bonus point. Excellent work by Paul with less than ten seconds until the hooter sounded. 

In addition to his late drop goal Paul slotted over two conversations.

Tries for the South Wales Scorpions were scored by Connor Farrer, Ian Newsbury and Chris Leyshom. 

Action turns to the Challenge Cup next Sunday when Hemel Stags are the visitors, kick off 3pm.

i thought it was 29-17 not 29-12 hence the losing bonus point?

Whoops - typing error!

Title corrected - I was thinking 12 point gap obviously!
