Sevens Skipper

The Falcons have named their squad for this weekend's Middlesex Sevens with speedy Jamie Noon set to lead the team. Jonny Wilkinson will be partnered in the squad by his former rugby league playing brother Mark. New boy Joe Shaw will also be there alongside Epi Taione.

The big Tongan will have a point to prove after his lacklustre performance for his country in the Commonwealth Games.

But its a strong looking squad with Noon and Stephenson able to count on their experience last season with England in the World Sevens.

Falcons:Jamie Noon [Captain], Jonny Wilkinson, Tom May, Michael Stephenson, Dave Walder, Hall Charlton, James Grindal, Joe Shaw, hugh Vyvyan, Epi Taione, Mark Wilkinson, Liam Botham.
