Newcastle Falcons will face Saracens at 7.30 pm tonight in their delayed Parker Pen Challenge Cup quarter-final tie. The match was meant to be played yesterday but had to be postponed due to a partly frozen pitch. The French referee Joel Dume called off the match only an hour before the 3pm kick off, having decided that the pitch was unplayable due to the undersoil heating system breaking down during the night.

With the kick off being rescheduled for tonight there will be many fans, especially Newcastle supporters, who will be unable to attend.
Saracens have decided to give those full refunds to people who had bought tickets in advance, while this will not fully make up for a wasted trip down the motorway - it is a welcome gesture.
To claim your refund send your match tickets to the Saracens ticket office (tel. 01923 475 222).
The match tonight will be free entry on a first come first served basis.
