So after 25 hours of wondering, and with the conclusion of the outstanding Bristol-Narbonne fixture, the quarter-final line-up for the European Challenge Cup is now complete.

Having secured the second seeding with a 24-17 victory in Brive yesterday, Falcons now have a home tie against Connacht, runners up to Worcester in pool five, on the weekend of April 1st and 2nd.  Should Falcons successfully negotiate that, then the semi-final will also be at Kingston Park, against the winners of the London Irish-Bayonne match, on the weekend of 22nd and 23rd April.  The quarter-final date will be confirmed by the club shortly.

Gloucester v Brive

Newcastle v Connacht

London Irish v Bayonne

Northampton v Worcester

 

Semi-finals:-

Gloucester or Brive v Northampton or Worcester

Newcastle or Connacht v London Irish or Bayonne
