London Irish Supporters Club Sport Relief Touch

Back in what seems so long ago now, the supporters took part in the NRSA touch rugby tournament at Sunbury. There are all sorts of rumours that 'Freddie' wore someone else's shirt. Whatever underhand dealings there were, some good did come out of it, here's the proof. New Page 1

This is an update to the previous report as further monies have been received since then.
 
I am pleased to announce that the 8 people that took sponsorship forms have returned them with full payment and the grand total is......(drum roll please)....... Ł1583.50 !
 
Bl**dy brilliant! Well done and thanks to all who played, collected and most importantly contributed!
 
This is without doubt a really generous contribution to a very worthy cause, especially when it coincided with the JC announcement, which we all felt was something close to our hearts to contribute towards, and it is acknowledged and appreciated that this has been quite a strain on the charitable coffers of late.
 
Having banked the last cheque today I will arrange with the LISC to do a proper presentation to Sport Relief in the very near future. Watch this space!
