TFTM 2012 - 7: Delon Armitage

Next installment in the Thanks for the Memories series is another biggie - Delon Armitage. While we're saying "goodbye" to Delon I think the vast majority of us hope it's more "au revoir" (along with his "little" brothers). Whatever happens in the future Delon gave us some fantastic moments and never left anything on the pitch right up to the last second of his last game.

Delon has been at London Irish for 10 years, working his way up from the academy to full international. Although many are disappointed to see Delon leave, his career probably needs the fresh start the move to Toulon will give him - who knows, maybe he will be back in a couple of years’ time. Thanks for many great moments Delon and good luck in Toulon.
