Pick yourself up, Dust yourself down

Catherine Sweeney, our long standing and much esteemed Ed. resigned as editor of this site yesterday. We sincerely wish to thank Cath for all the efforts she has put into this site and wish her well for whatever she decides to do in the future. She will be missed and is a very tough act to follow. This site in the interim will be co-edited by BrianC and Paddy69. We are starting from scratch. We need a new name, a new URL (Which is in hand), and to build up the editorial content from scratch. Please bear with us whilst we do this, it is not an insignificant task.

I have received may mails offering help and encouragement, this has been most gratifying. To those of you who have expressed opinions one way or the other, either on the messageboard or via email, thank you.

This is a strong, vibrant, community going through difficult times. With a bit of luck and a lot of effort, I’m sure we’ll come out smiling at the other end.
