There are just two changes in the Pirates' starting line up from last weekend.
Matty Ward starts on the left wing, whilst in the props, James French is selected at loose-head with Ben Woodmansey making a first Champ Rugby start at tight head.

Promising young winger Finn Love, on loan from Camborne, gets a place on the bench.

Pirates 17 Nottingham 12
A crucial 4 points in difficult conditions moves the pirates above visitors Nottingham as they look for a top 6 finish.
The pirates led 17-5 at half time after they produced a disciplined and controlled performance in scoring 3 tries.
They continued to dominate possession and territory in the 2nd half but failed to add to their tally.
They then had to defend a late period of pressure after conceding a number of penalties inside the 22.
Thankfully our defence held firm and we prevented the visitors from scoring to claim the win.
We now need to back this up next week away to the bottom side Cambridge.

Very tight game between two very evenly matched teams. Pirates defence was the key at the end when were under severe pressure but held firm to get across the line.
