Newbury will be looking to break their 3 game loosing run when they host Albion on Saturday. Back in October we had our highest scoring game this season and we still lost to Newbury 52 to 41. Since then Newbury have only managed to win three times.
Their last game ended OTLEY 51 NEWBURY BLUES 14 Directions... The best way to approach NRFC when coming from the M4 or A34 is to avoid the Town Centre. If coming from the M4 or the A34 (South Bound) do not come off at the first two Newbury Turnings come off at the turning signposted Wash Common/Highclere (A343) which is south of the club. If coming from the A34 (Northbound) again take the turning signposted Wash Common/Highclere (A343) At weekends in particular the A339 in Newbury gets very busy especially around Tesco. Once on the A343 follow the signs to Newbury, passing Park House school on your right you will get to a twin mini roundabout, turn right here into Monks Lane. THE ONLY welcome in The Dales gave Otley was a hot one, as they tore apart a ragged Blues side with a seven-try battering at Cross Green. Coach Ben Ryan described blues display as “an embarrassment” as the Yorkshire side ran in seven scores and could have had even more.
