Should we ring fence the Premier League?

To Ring Fence or Not Ring Fence that is the question!

 

The Premier League clubs seem to want to have their say in the way Rugby is run.  One "demand" is stopping the relegation of clubs from the top league.

I think that this will be bad for rugby particularly at Nation League 1 level. At least 4 clubs each season start with ambitions of it being their last, take this away and it will change the way games are played.
