Cambridge are a rising star team having gained successive promotions in the last three seasons. They sit 11th of 14 in National League 2 and have won 7 of 19 league matches this season. 

As a National League 2 side they enter the competition in the 3rd round and have won convincingly against Bedford Athletic (77-0) and Westoe RFC First (32-5).

Albion matters

With Cambridge sitting some way below us in the league structure I would expect that a number of players that do not always get a look at the first team may be given a chance on Saturday.

Wihan Neethling and Mike Lewis both came through the Warriors match against Launceston and I would have thought that they will start on Saturday. With the proposed Warriors match set for Saturday I think the starting XV may look something like this.

Westcountry Warriors

Warriors v Redruth Development 

2:30 Sunday

The proposed match against Rosslyn Park on Saturday has been cancelled/postponed and a Tamar shield match rearranged for Sunday at home against Redruth Development.

The Warriors have been forced to postpone a number of matches against Redruth but last time they met back in November the Warriors came out on top 10 - 27.

Ladies

The Ladies have no Premiership match this weekend and are travelling to Redruth for a Sunday 2pm KO. They will be passing the men's team half way down!

Georgina Rozario has been named in the England A squad to play France next month and will be away at training camp this weekend. She is also sitting by the phone waiting for a call up to the first team to take part in the Six Nations. Georgina started her rugby at Avon RFC 14 years old playing for their under 16 side and moved to Plymouth for this season.
