Albion feel the Blues.

BEDFORD

In the 1st half Albion had the better of it, but only marginally, as the half-time penalty score of 9 - 3 indicates, neither side going over the line. That's not to say there weren't chances, there were, but Bedford's defence was up to it. New Page 1

We were dominant with ball in hand but their return kicking was far better. All of their backs seem to have the ability to kick deeper and more accurately than ours and I don t know why we continued to choose to lose hard earned territory in this manner.

We had more possession than Blues and looked the better side when we ran the ball.

I felt we really let this one get away and we need to be able to quickly assess if we are going to benefit from kicking to the opposition and if not then we simply go through the phases and run the ball.
